Professor Steven Witherly, PhD has joined the staff of Calif. State Northridge (CSUN) to teach Food Science to both undergraduates and graduate students. In addition, Steve was one of the judges at the famous "Iron Matador" chef competiton where dietetic and food science students are challenged to make tasty and low calorie food using highly nutritious ingredients.
